OCR quality depends on image clarity, text size, rotation and table structure. You can move, add or remove column guides before rebuilding the workbook.
The browser first performs OCR and produces recognized text boxes. Those boxes still need to be grouped into rows and columns before they become useful spreadsheet cells.
Clear screenshots usually produce cleaner geometry than angled phone photos. If automatic columns are wrong, adjust the visible column guides and rebuild instead of correcting every row manually in Excel.
The image and OCR run in your browser. OCR text boxes and lightweight line geometry are sent to the protected FileFiddler service for spreadsheet reconstruction; the original image is not sent.
